Club Participation Request

This form will e-mail your request to have your club appear here on BridgeDates.com. Please give me three days to get to your request. Be sure those you wish to administer your club's information and results are registered with BridgeDates.com.  Also check if your club information is already listed. . If so note the club designation and use it as the short club name. Club adminstrators should change their passwords to prevent spoofing  After your club is set up any of your club administrators can complete the club details.
